It's good business to support a charity "We
felt we couldn't stand by and not help.
Again this year, we decided to
continue our support for the charity Aid for the Aged in Distress. AFTAID,
for short. It endeavours to provide immediate help when requested, from
some of the most vulnerable and unimaginably hard up people in the country.
Namely, elderly people who are destitute. NEIL MacDOUGALL, MD of Silverfleet Capital Our employees are encouraged to support the wider community and to give time and money to charitable causes. Such involvement is not only of benefit to the community, but also a valuable means of increasing employee awareness and assisting in their development. Currently our charitable giving policy is focused on AFTAID. As a team we took the decision to allocate our time and resources to a charity within which we could make a truly constructive difference.
